Abstract
A function $f : X \rightarrow Y$ from a topological space X into a topological space Y to be strongly $\theta$-semi-continuous if and only if for each $x \in X$ and each open set V containing f (x) , there exists a semi- open set U containing x such that $f(scl U) \subset V$. In this paper gives some characterizations of strongly $\theta$-semi-continuous functions , including to apply strongly $\theta$-semi-continuous to the retraction and strongly $\theta$-semi-continuous fixed point property.
