Bi-Bases of Γ-Semigroups

Abstract

Based on the results of bi-ideals generated by a non-empty subset of
a Γ-semigroup S, we introduce in this paper the concept of bi-bases of S. Using
the quasi-order on S defined by the principal bi-ideals of S we characterize when
a non-empty subset of S is a bi-base of S.
