Embedding of Special Semigroup Amalgams

Abstract

After showing that any special semigroup amalgam in the class of allleft [right] regular bands is strongly embeddable in the class of all regular bands,we show that the class of all semigroups satisfying the identity  axy = axay[yxa =yaxa] has the special amalgamation property.
