The Distribution of a Forward Stochastic Disease-Model

Abstract

In this paper, we derive the distribution of a disease-model which is not possible to have backward transitons. The distribution is the sums of gamma distributions. In special cases, the results reduce to some AIDS medels and uniform forward model.
