Common Fixed Point Result for $(\alpha,\beta)$-orbital-cyclic Admissible Triplet in Extended $b$-metric Spaces

Abstract

In this paper, we derive a common fixed point result for a class of contractive mappings which is a generalization of the contractive condition given in \cite{Alqahtanietal2018}. A convergence result for an iteration scheme is also obtained for such mappings. Suitable examples have been provided in support of the results obtained.
