Remarks on G-Metric Spaces and Related Fixed Point Theorems

Abstract

In this paper we usethe notion of (A,B)-weakly increasing mappings in the sense of W.Shatanawi and M. Postolache [W. Shatanawi, M. Postolache, Common fixed point results for mappings under nonlinear contraction ofcyclic form in ordered metric spaces, Fixed Point Theory Appl. 2013 (2013)] to introduce some new common fixed point resultsin complete G-metric spaces which can not be deduced from fixedpoint theorems in the setting of standard metric spaces.
